This workshop looks at the principals of travel policy including a case study presented by Chris Reynolds of 3SIXTY and will examine:
- Understanding your company culture and travel policy goals
- Getting the right policy
- Creating and communicating and effective policy
- Administering a policy
- Understanding and dealing with non-compliance

Important: Please note that each workshop is limited to a maximum of 15 places for 2009 and although they are primarily designed for buyers there is often supplier interest in attending. However, supplier attendance is limited to a maximum allowance per workshop.
