Education and Training
ITM’s training and education programme has been established over many years and fulfills one of the association’s primary objectives – to provide education and training for members to better their companies and develop their own careers.

The education and training programme can essentially be split into two key areas:
- ITM Events - Daytime forums, annual conferences and web based events all provide updated knowledge to our members from experts in the industry, promoting best practice and helping suppliers to understand market needs better. These events carry no certification.
- ITM Professional Certificate Course - A distance learning based, nationally recognised qualification in travel management skills. This course is presently primarily aimed at the buyers and managers of travel rather than suppliers. This course is certificated by ITM and Edexcel.
Supporting the development of individuals within travel
The ITM Education and Training programme could not be brought to our members without the support of De Vere Venues who provide the locations for the majority of our training events.
