ITM Research Reports

ITM produces research across an anonymous panel or travel buyers/managers representing over £1billion in managed travel expenditure. This research is initially only available to those buyer members that participate in the research on a complimentary basis. Other ITM members can access this research for a minimal £40 fee per report straight away OR wait for 6 months and receive the data free of charge through the Members Zone.

The research is always available to non-members at a cost of £100 per report.

ISG Reports

Every year ITM creates a stakeholder group to discuss a key industry issue. This Industry Solutions Group (ISG) is tasked with the job of creating a report covering the key issues surrounding the subject, the impact of these issues on each of the stakeholder groups and what individual and industry solutions there might be.

The report is provided free of charge to members only in the Members Zone or is for sale to non-members at £100 per report in the shop.

Reports to date include The Science of Compliance; Solutions for Improving Self Booking Tool Adoption; The Problem with Data.

Special Industry Reports

Twice a year ITM produces a specialist edition magazine reporting on a single issue. The magazine contains specialist reporting, case studies and key interviews to provide a board overview of all of the key elements of major issues impacting the travel industry. The report is available to members only and does not go on general sale.

Reports to date include The Science of Compliance and Doomwatch - a special report on CSR.

The Industry Observer

Produced once a year in paper format, the Industry Observer is a collection of research produced by ITM in the previous 12 months, general industry research and commentary from the ITM Research Advisory Group - a round table focus group of business travel buyers. The report is provided on a complimentary basis to ITM members but goes on general sale at £345 per copy.
