ITM Research was established in November 2005 as one of the foundation stones of ITM's future development. The surveys, questions and commentary are created in partnership with Argate Consulting, who act as advisors, facilitators, statisticians and publishers to ITM to provide the ITM Research surveys and reports.
The annual programme of research is supported by key partners without whom ITM's rich yearly research programme could not be provided.

ITM Buyers Panel
The ITM Research Buyers Panel was established in December 2005. It comprises of over 180 travel managers and procurement professionals with responsibility for over £1 billion of travel management expenditure. The panel consists of ITM buyer members only, with individual company details kept anonymous to cultivate honest responses. Each new buyer member of ITM is requested to join the panel on a voluntary basis. Present members of the ITM Research Buyers Panel represent around 30% of the FTSE 100, major UK partnerships and a number of government departments.

ITM Research Reports - periodic 10 question analysis of the ITM Research Buyers Panel views and activities in key specific areas. Reports to date include Corporate Mobility, CSR, Duty of Care, Self Booking Tools, Expense Management etc.
Commissioned Research - ITM Research can work privately with suppliers to undertake research across the buyers panel and/or other parties to establish true, independent assessment of the view of the market on key issues. Prices are upon application and research of this nature is limited to twice a year across the ITM Research Buyers Panel.
Standard Travel Booker and Traveller Survey Template & Benchmarking Service - ITM Research offers all ITM members complimentary access to a best practice travel booker and traveller survey template.
