Who's who

The Institute of Travel & Meetings is led by a group of supplier and buyer members voted by the membership for two to three year periods.

The leadership team always has more travel buyers represented than suppliers and the Chairman, Vice Chair and Immediate past Chair are all from the buyer membership. This ensures that the association acts primarily in the interests of the buyer community, which is ultimately in the long term interests of suppliers. These representatives join the Executive Director, the non-voting head of the secretariat, to form the ITM board. Below are the individuals who presently make up the board. At present, ITM has four buyer vacancies and one supplier vacancy.  (Unfortunately, there are no Industry Practitioner  member vacancies as the board quota is full at present).  Representing your association at board level is both a rewarding and challenging role, with past board members acknowledging what a great developmental opportunity this kind of voluntary role can be.
