Did you know ITM produces templates and diagnostic tools to assist travel managers and buyers in their role to produce a more effective programme? These tools include:

Travel Self Assessment - A diagnostic tool, powered by Advito, which allows travel buyers to self-assess where their programme needs improvement

Travel Policy Assessment - A modular template which allows travel buyers/managers to create a tailored travel policy with all the requisite elements.

Meetings ‘How to' Tool-kit - A comprehensive guide covering everything from mapping the market, setting objectives, stakeholder engagement through to creating policy, outsourcing and technology.

All these and additional TMC, Airline, Hotel RFP documents and templates are available to ITM Business members.
