You are invited to join other buyers to attend an ITM and Travelport Breakfast Forum round-table to discuss the role of Booking Tools within a Corporate Travel Program. Whether you currently use a booking tool or are planning to implement one, this session will consider the key components to a successful self-booking system in an environment which allows you to talk with other buyers whilst having the expertise of a technology provider to answer your technical questions.

The session will consider...

· What functionality is missing, what works well?

· How do you go about driving up adoption?

· What common hurdles are encountered and overcome?

· What role will a booking tool playing in your travel program now and in the future?

· Do current tools satisfy your needs and do they meet the sales expectations?

· What should a GDS be doing to drive better adoption and functionality?

During the session, Travelport will also provide delegates with insight into its own Corporate Booking Tool strategy. If you're setting your Self Booking Tool strategy this session will prove invaluable.

This networking breakfast is intended for ITM buyer members with a large EMEA or Global travel management programme.
