Membership
ITM's 550 buyer members account for over 33% of all domestic and outbound business travel in the UK and Ireland, with annual spend ranging from £100,000 to £10m+.
Buyer members are either purchasing decision makers or specifiers within or contracted on behalf of UK corporations or government departments and NGOs.
The balance of the 1,000 membership is made up of supplier members, routinely sales and/or account management and/or marketing contacts within airlines, hotel companies, train operating companies, technology providers and TMC's etc.
ITM's share of the FTSE top companies is growing consistently, with around half of the top 100 represented in the buyer member category.

- How many members are allowed for each company? As many as you like!
- What is the cost for membership? £149 for Buyers, £249 for Suppliers (Suppliers also pay VAT plus a one off joining fee of £75), £199 plus VAT for Industry Practitioner
- Is membership per company or per person? There is no corporate membership; membership is per person
- What happens to my membership if I leave my company? You will take your membership with you and carry on as normal as well as nominating someone from your previous company to take over membership until it runs out.
- Can you send an invoice for membership? Yes, please contact secretariat@itm.org.uk
- How many people from each company can register for the ITM Annual Conference? You must be ITM members and a maximum of 2 Suppliers are allowed to register from the same company
- Who do I contact in regards to marketing through ITM? If you would like to discuss marketing opportunities please contact diane.steed@itm.org.uk
- How much are your Forums for members? ITM members attend free of charge. There is a fee to non-members. Full details can be found on our events calendar
