How to Join
Simply click on the relevant line below for an on-line application if you qualify for membership as a Buyer, Supplier or Industry Practitioner.
Applications for membership are considered on an individual basis by the ITM Board of Directors. All memberships are formally ratified by the Board of Directors on a weekly basis once payment is received, but once you've completed the on-line application form, we'll write to you confirming your provisional membership.
Buyer Members
Applicants must be currently employed as Travel Managers (or similar title) by a commercial organisation or on an outsourced contract of at least 12 months and involved in the procurement of travel services on a day-to-day basis. Buyer Members must also be PAYE by the company they buy for.

Industry Practitioner Members
This level of membership is designed to recognise the increasing frequency of outsourced travel manager functions to consultants, fully outsourced providers and to account managers from intermediaries. Please refer to our news section for more details on this new membership.
Industry Practitioner Membership Fees | £199 per annum + VAT (£149 if qualified MCIPS) Additional members rates are £119 per additional member (£99 if MCIPS qualified), if 4 or more individuals join from the same organisation. |

Supplier Members
Applicants must be employed by principal suppliers of air services, aircraft charter, surface transportation, hotel and accommodation, corporate hospitality services, travel management companies, hotel reservation services, technology suppliers, meetings management and venue finding and other travel management related services such as travel publications, video conferencing etc.
Supplier Membership Fees | £249 per annum + VAT plus one-off joining fee of £75 + VAT (£199 if qualified MCIPS) Additional members rates are £199 per additional member (£149 if qualifed MCIPS), if 4 or more individuals join from the same organisation. |

Student and Alumni Membership
If you are seeki alumni or student membership status please click on the relevant link below to generate an e-mail to ITM. The Secretariat will then revert asap.
Student Members
Applicants must be either engaged in full time education on a travel related course or teaching a travel related course as a full time higher educational teacher. Membership at this level related to limited benefits such as access to the Member Zone and regular communications but does not automatically provide access to events or member benefits.
Alumni (Retired) Members
Applicants must be former ITM Members previously registered as a Buyer or a Supplier and have fully retired from work within the industry. Membership at this level related to limited benefits such as access to the Member Zone and regular communications but does not automatically provide access to events or member benefits.
