ITM SURVEY BENCHMARK SERVICE
New ITM Service - Free to the first 10 users...
ITM Research, powered by Argate and supported by Airplus, is delighted to announce a new survey benchmark service for members. The association has created a travel booker and traveller survey template for buyers to download and use for measuring internal user satisfaction. But in addition, key questions are highlighted as those ITM can benchmark for a small fee OR buyers can benchmark themselves against other peers throughout their network.
For just £350 ITM Research can provide members with a simple report showing survey scores against the industry average (based on survey scores ITM has received to date).
In order to establish the service the association is delighted to offer the service free of charge to the first 10 subscribers in order to build the scores database against which to benchmark future requests.
All buyers have to do is follow the instructions located in the document in the research section of the website and submit responses to ITM as one of the first 10 to do so and they'll receive an analysis free of charge. After the first 10 submissions the benchmark service will cost just £350 and results could save significant amounts of time and money as it could determine whether buyers undertake a review of practices if results deviate from the industry norm. Of course, there's not necessarily any need to pay for ITM to benchmark, as if the association is also encouraging buyers to create peer groups to use the same core questions so that they can benchmark themselves.
