ITM APPOINTS NEW GENERAL MANAGER
The Institute of Travel & Meetings UK & Ireland has today announced the appointment of Emmanuelle Clément in the role of General Manager. Ms Clément will replace Anne Deamer, who joined ITM in 2008 in the newly created role but is leaving the association after conference to focus on her degree studies.
Ms Clément has been Alumni Relations Manager at Cranfield School of Management since 2007. She was responsible for managing the team, developing an International alumni strategy and running five business networks. She holds a Masters degree in Tourism and Management from Lyon's University in France and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.
Paul Tilstone, ITM CEO, said of Ms Clément's appointment, "We are delighted to welcome Emmanuelle to the organisation at an incredibly exciting time. I have no doubt her management of people networks and language skills will prove incredibly useful to ITM's work both in the UK and Europe.
