PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE COURSE COMPLETED
Congratulations to ITM's latest Professional Certificate Course graduate. Vicki Smith, Travel Services Manager for MBDA, has successfully completed the ITM Course and will be awarded a recognised qualification in corporate travel management. The self study course took Vicki just over eighteen months to complete and has allowed her to develop her understanding of the complexities of managing a business travel programme.
As Vicki says, "The course makes you really think about your Company's travel programme, question how and why you work the way you do, and stimulates ideas as to ways of improving and enhancing your current policies, procedures and systems".
