ITM Conference

One of the business travel calendar’s highlights, ITM’s annual conference is a two-day event that takes place each spring at a UK or Ireland venue.

Typically, the conference is attended by 200+ SME and corporate buyers. The ratio of buyer to supplier delegates attending the event is strictly controlled at 50: 50, allowing the conference to deliver business/relationship development, networking and brand building benefits to sponsors including:

  • 200+ buyers of business travel present for up to 2 days
  • Buyers attend free of charge, paying only for accommodation
  • Complimentary air/rail travel to & from the event
  • Choice of content streams with case studies, briefings and discussion groups

  • All presentations supplied on free USB key to all delegates
  • Interactive delegate voting and interaction via handsets
