Welcome to the ITM RFP (Request For Proposal) Zone.
In association with two key RFP provider partners, ABC Connection and Lanyon, ITM has created a special member RFP Zone with information, templates and special rates for members.
Here, you will find the tools to create and implement a web-based or off-line tender for hotels, meetings, car rental, SBT's (Self Booking Tools) and TMC's (Travel Management Companies).

ITM buyer and supplier members can also access electronic RFP tools provided by ABC Connection and Lanyon at special introductory prices. Both of these partners have been chosen as experts in their fields. Special rates are presented to buyers to undertake a complete RFP or to suppliers to ensure they are listed on these company RFP systems.
