A Forum is a full day round table meeting with an agenda that is created using feedback from ITM Focus Groups. Often lead by the ITM Industry Affairs Group with a select panel of industry leaders and experts this interactive day provokes discussion and debate around relevant and timely topics that affect the industry. For Buyer, Supplier and IP members. (Regional Forum's only for Supplier members - excludes South East).
ITM Focus Group's
ITM's Focus Groups are designed to facilitate dialogue amongst business buyer members and to provide a confidential environment for them to identify and share best practice relating to a broad range of specific travel related subjects including; Air programme management, Hotel programme management, Travel Management Company, Travel technology, Meetings Management and Travel Risk Management. For Buyer members only.
ITM is partnering with CIPS to jointly deliver workshops to Buyers & IP's of Travel from both associations. The workshops draw on the expertise of acclaimed facilitators and are designed to explain complex areas of business travel whilst also teaching practical procurement skills and methods. Workshops are designed to get deep into the subject matter and provide practical answers and tools to support various areas of the travel programme. CIPS members benefit from 7CPD hours when attending a workshop. For Buyer and IP members only.
ITM Supplier Academy Forum's
Designed to enhance the way supplier members and buyer members work together we turn the usual format around to put Travel Managers on the panel and let the suppliers join the delegation of attendees to pose the questions and understand more about the way things work from the buyer perspective. For Supplier, Buyer and IP members.
Here's what our members have to say:
"ITM has evolved a great deal over the last 12 years that I have been a member. The support offered by ITM to its members, buyers and suppliers alike, be it those just starting out in the world of business travel or those of us that have been around for a while, is outstanding - especially now with the tie in to GBTA and all the resources and information that brings. ITM is a professional and friendly organisation, with its finger on the pulse, whose members have a huge wealth of knowledge and experience. Membership of ITM has proved extremely valuable to my work as a corporate travel buyer, not just through the ITM's annual conference, but also the buyer-only forums, the Industry Affairs Group, the networking and the resources (white papers etc) available through the ITM & GBTA websites. I would strongly recommend membership to anyone involved in corporate travel." Celia Allbut, European Head of Travel Procurement - WPP Commercial & Procurement Services.
"Being an ITM member gives me access to a wealth of knowledge and business expertise on topics where I might need some neutral guidance, whether that be through the informative and well designed website or through the myriad of industry experts who are ITM members". Hero Trew, Global Travel Manager - IMG.
