ITM Industry Report

The ITM Industry Report is the official hard copy magazine of the Institute of Travel Management and is distributed free of charge to all members. Industry Report focuses on the key issues facing business travel buyers, analysing them in depth, providing case studies and best practice.

ITM's Members' Directory & Buyers Guide is published annually and is distributed to all existing and joining member over the subsequent 12 months.

Published online and in A4 spiral-bound printed format, both with clearly designated sections, the directory contains members' contact details including direct telephone numbers and e-mail addresses.

The directory is proven tool for seeking and sharing best practice, networking and sourcing new suppliers. ITM research shows that 75%+ of members refer to their directories 4+ times per week.

ITM Industry Observer

ITM produces an annual digest of the research undertaken by ITM Research, together with a summary of other business travel intelligence published by other reputable sources in the course of the year, and commentary from the ITM Research Advisory Group - a panel of up to 10 major UK company buyers. ITM's Industry Observer is distributed to all ITM members and made available for sale to non-members.

The report is A4 in format, runs to 44 - 48 pages and is produced in both printed form and as a PDF.
