ITM Research
In 2006, ITM launched ITM Research, operated in partnership with Argate Consulting, to conduct surveys into different aspects of travel procurement through a panel of over 160 travel buyers (including 30% of the FTSE 100) spending in excess of £1 billion. The results of these surveys are issued to participants in full within 3 weeks and to all ITM members after 6 months.
Commissioned surveys
Dedicated research can also be commissioned in which a company has total control over the number (up to a maximum of 20 questions) and content of questions posed. ITM Research provides advice, content draft, distribution, analysis and independence for suppliers looking to develop product offerings or analyse market trends.
