Supplier Environmental Awards
ITM has created a set of awards for environmentally proactive supplier work. These are undertaken via yearly submissions to ITM, judged by a specially selected panel.
The Judging Panel for 2007/8
In 2007 ITM put together a panel of academics, environmental experts and corporate/government stakeholders to judge the ICARUS Award entries. The panel, under the chairmanship of Keith Mason, will scrutinise entries from each category in advance of their review meetings, some of which will be undertaken by video and tele-conference to minimise CO2 emissions.
Dr Keith Mason - Cranfield University
Tim Johnson - Airline Environmental Federation
Robert Millburn - PricewaterhouseCoopers
David Rabey - DEFRA
Callum Thomas - Manchester Metropolitan University
Peter Morrell - Cranfield University
Rebecca Hawkins - CESHI
ITM will be inviting the same panel to judge to ICARUS Awards for 2008/9. Details to be published in due course.
