Ajaya Sodha joined the Board of the Institute of Travel and Meetings in December 2009.
Ajaya has been in the travel industry for over 35 years. He founded Key Travel, a niche TMC specialising in travel for the not-for-profit sector. Having spent the first 20 years at Key Travel as Sales and Marketing Director, Ajaya became Managing Director in 2005. In 2009 Ajaya became Chairman.
Apart from serving on the Board of the ITM, Ajaya is also on the Board of the Guild of Travel Management Companies and the Guild of European Business Travel Agents. Within the GTMC, Ajaya serves on the Air Working Party, the Regulatory Working Party and serves on the Air Passenger Joint Council of the UK. Ajaya is a School Governor of the Field End Infant School.
Ajaya's personal interest are football, golf, tennis and cricket.
