Louisa joined the ITM board in January 2005 with 10 years of travel industry experience. She has worked for Eurostar since 2002 and is currently Head of Commercial Development focussing on the commercial aspects of Eurostar's move from Waterloo to St Pancras in 2007.
This is a major opportunity for Eurostar with significantly reduced journey times and greater connectivity. Maximising the commercial opportunity offered by this move is key. Prior to this role she was Head of Business Sales in the UK with responsibility for Corporate and TMC relationships as well as New Business.
Before joining Eurostar, Louisa spent 7 years working for British Airways in roles ranging from Airport Manager in Norway, Corporate Account manager in the UK and Alliances Manager.
