Louise Kilgannon graduated from Newcastle University with a degree in German and English and started her career with Procter and Gamble based in their German headquarters.
Upon returning to the UK, Louise was offered a role in the Business Travel Department and a strong interest in the industry developed from here.
When a role came up with Infor Global Solutions, it seemed like a natural progression and Louise was appointed EMEA Travel Manager with Infor in October, 2007.
Since then, Louise has led the EMEA business from a decentralised travel model to a fully managed operation in 17 countries.
