Nicola's travel industry knowledge spans more than 15 years which has involved extensive and applied knowledge of strategic sourcing in a global program, the creation, communication and governance of travel policy, excellence in supplier management, application of travel technology and self booking systems, ground transportation, payment process and technology.
Her experience includes category management where she delivered significant savings and service improvements. She spent 7 very successful years as the Global Travel Manager for a FTSE 100 healthcare company, who until that time had never addressed the £30m travel category.
She is now a partner of the specialist consultancy company 3SIXTY Global, Nicola has continued to deliver solid results for clients in manufacturing, government, technology and software industries.
Nicola is an advocate for best practice in the travel industry and devotes time and enthusiasm to her role as Board Director for the Institute of Travel & Meetings.
