Nicola Spence

Nicola was previously employed as Commercial Manager for Travel and had worked in this role for five years for Smith & Nephew, a leader in the field of advance medical devices. She was responsible for in excess of £20M global expenditure. Her remit was to consolidate and leverage expenditure, implement policies and processes which deliver best practice and partner with best in class suppliers in the areas of corporate travel, meetings and incentives, ground transportation and corporate charge cards. Prior to this role, Nicola was responsible for support service contracts for the same company. She had previously had a ten year career within local government. She joined the Board of ITM in January 2006.
