Member Engagement and Benefits
Remit: To create and co-ordinate new services and products for ITM members and to ensure effective member communication.
The Member Engagement & Benefits (MEB) group was first created in 2005 to instigate and co-ordinate new products and services for ITM members. Since its launch it has been responsible for the creation of the Special Member Rates, the Legal Helpline, the e-RFP Zone and many other member benefits.
The working party, which meets quarterly, comprises of the following directors and members:
