Member Benefit and Engagement
Remit:- To instigate and co-ordinate new products and services for ITM members and to ensure effective member communication
The Member Engagement & Benefits (MEB), previously the Member Services Working Party(MSWP) was established in 2005 to instigate and co-ordinate new products and services for ITM members. Since it's launch it has been responsible for the creation of the Special Member Rates, the Legal Helpline, the e-RFP Zone and many other member benefits.
The working party, which meets quarterly, comprises of the following directors and members:

Val Stevens - ATS Euromaster /ITM Midlands Chair
