Research Working Party
Remit:- To develop and implement a research programme encompassing surveys and interviews on key industry issues to provide members with information for benchmarking and development.
The RWP was created in November 2005 to develop and implement a research programme encompassing surveys and interviews on key industry issues. The output of this activity is designed to provide members with information for benchmarking and development and to create debate on key issues in the industry. To date RWP, in partnership with Argate Consulting , has established a research panel of travel buyers numbering 165 and representing over £1billion in travel management expenditure.
RWP regularly undertakes internal research projects for ITM to test future development projects.
The working party, which meets quarterly, comprises of the following directors and members:
