The Institute of Travel Management is the largest and longest-established association within the business travel profession, representing over 3,500 members in the UK and Ireland, our total membership constitutes 76% of the UK’s business travel spend.

We have two types of membership at ITM – Connect and Business.
An introductory membership for those who are new to ITM, and who would prefer the flexibility of paying for events as you attend and resources/tools as you use them. It is free to join and provides you with limited access to our services.
If you’re looking to become more connected with the business travel industry, then it would be more effective to become a Business Member.
Designed for suppliers with a genuine interest in a commitment to best practice, Business Members will have unlimited access to Supplier events and resources, including a discounted place to the annual ITM Conference. You will also have full access to the Member Directory and Community pages to help reach new business.
Becoming a Business Member costs just £299 + VAT per year for individual membership.
