I am looking for course about written Business communications and I was wondering if anyone had attended one recently that they thought was worth while?
I have a question regarding rail refunds and was hoping one of you experienced ladies/gents were able to help! I have been getting a lot of noise internally recently about rail refunds and how do we claim etc..at the moment we have no central process for this and its down to the traveller to claim and we rely on them choosing another rail voucher and then using this for their next work related journey - so the thing is I am being asked is this the norm or should we have some sort of central process for rail refunds? We use Wipro for our Finance and I am being asked if this is something they can manage for us - however we would still rely on the traveller telling them they were delayed and sending in their ticket so I am not sure I think this is a good idea.
Anyway sorry to ramble on let me know if anyone has ever done anything for rail refunds or has anything in their policy even...
