Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2) Webinar
In September 2021 the payment services directive 2 (PSD2) will become enforceable in the UK with a potentially significant impact to business travel.
Following a number of discussions across our community there are many unanswered questions and areas requiring clarification relating to its application within the business travel booking and payments process.
ITM have taken a central role to help support members understanding of the directive, how it will impact them and what steps they need to be taking now to be ready for its enforcement.
By identifying & coordinating relevant stakeholders the aim is to provide clarity and guidance on ensuring we have a smooth transition when the directive comes into force.

Today’s webinar is ‘part 1’ where the purpose is to bring an aligned view of what the directive is and what is in or out scope. We will cover the questions you submitted in advance and our aim is to leave you with an increased understanding to take forward conversations within your business as you work towards preparing your travellers.
