Meet the 2026 Judges: Charlotte Reynolds

Virgin | One to Watch, Travel Tech, Sustainability Specialist

Charlotte Reynolds is part of the expert judging panel for the 2026 ITM Achievement Awards. We’re unveiling the judges who will be assessing this year’s nominations, each bringing diverse backgrounds and a shared commitment to raising standards across business travel.

Why do awards like this matter?
They matter because I know first-hand that meaningful recognition motivates people to keep learning, take risks and continue to evolve in an industry that is constantly moving. Celebrating achievement helps us reflect on how far you’ve come and what we do next.

How can recognition help drive positive change in this industry?
I believe that recognition is one of the highest forms of retention. And as the world of business travel shows no sign of slowing down, we need to retain and attract the very best people we can. Celebrating great work encourages others and also raises the bar for the whole industry.

What trends or themes do you hope to see reflected in this year’s entries?
I’d like to see themes of innovation coming through. We’re in an industry that’s evolving fast, so entries that show how people have adapted, improved, and kept the human experience front and centre will really stand out.

How do you personally define “impact”?
Impact, to me, is something that makes me pause and reflect on my own journey, or helps me see things from a different perspective.

What does success mean to you — and how do you measure it?
It means conquering something unknown – and that doesn’t always mean getting it right. Even trying and not succeeding is better than not trying at all.

Judging soundtrack: what are you listening to while reviewing entries?
Probably a cheesy noughties playlist to energise me and then complete silence once I start.

Dream guest for your table at the Awards ceremony and why?
Elizabeth Day. I’m a huge fan of her book and podcast How to Fail, because it celebrates not just people’s successes but also their failures and how those moments end up shaping us all and our journeys.
