CEO
Scott leads ITM with a clear vision for empowering travel professionals and driving forward the voice of the buyer. With a focus on strategic partnerships, community impact, and future growth, he’s passionate about keeping ITM member-led, inclusive and innovative.
Kerry Douglas
Head of Programme
Kerry leads ITM’s educational strategy, shaping the learning content across conferences, webinars and professional development initiatives. She plays an active role in wider industry taskforces, ensuring ITM’s voice contributes to progress and best practice.
Chris Goring
Head of Business Development
Chris builds and nurtures ITM’s commercial partnerships, helping sponsors and supporters find meaningful opportunities to engage with the community. He works closely with partners to ensure alignment with ITM’s values and goals.
Stacey Dean
Head of Events & Partnerships
Stacey leads the delivery of ITM’s flagship events, from concept to execution. With a focus on creating standout experiences and long-lasting connections, she ensures every event reflects the warmth and professionalism of the ITM community.
Ross Powles
Head of Operations
Ross manages the systems, platforms and tools that keep ITM running day-to-day. From overseeing the website and virtual event tech to delivering social media and digital experiences. His role ensures that ITM runs smoothly and efficiently — both for the team and for members.
Amy Brooks
Head of Membership
Amy is the welcoming face for ITM members and the driving force behind our Mentoring Programme. She supports member engagement across all levels, ensuring they feel included and equipped to thrive. Passionate about community, Amy helps build the strong foundations that make ITM more than just a network.
Nicola Green
Head of Marketing & PR (Joint)
Niki co-leads ITM’s communications strategy, with a focus on brand, messaging and creative delivery across our events and campaigns. From event branding to digital storytelling, she ensures ITM’s voice is vibrant, consistent, and aligned to what matters most to our members.
Sarah Collins
Head of Marketing & PR (Joint)
Sarah manages PR and partner fulfilment in addition to co-managing ITM’s strategic communications. Ensuring value add via post event reporting and feedback driven initiatives, her collaborative efforts aim to enhance visibility and deliver impact.
