Why do awards like this matter?
People drive growth and prosperity. Brands and their senior executives receive the lion’s share of public recognition. But without the teams and individuals in the engine room of business, there’s no game.

How can recognition help drive positive change in this industry?
To grow the managed travel sector, we must celebrate excellence, innovation, and professionalism at the individual and team level. That way, we attract talent. We retain talent. And we protect our collective future.

What trends or themes do you hope to see reflected in this year’s entries?
Honesty, trust, and ambition. Right now, the world lacks real leaders. Our industry needs real leaders. Winners push themselves, inspire others, and sleep with a clear conscience.

How do you personally define “impact”?
Results are table stakes. Real impact is influence. It’s the ability to inspire. It’s the ability to show resilience and deliver consistently. And all over the long term.

What does success mean to you — and how do you measure it?
If you can put your hand on heart and say you did your best – that’s good enough for starters. Beyond that, work to improve yourself every day. Don’t compare yourself to anyone else – that yields little benefit.
