It was fantastic to take home the One to Watch Award.

I'm incredibly grateful for the recognition, and it motivates me to keep learning, challenging myself and making a positive impact on both my team and our clients.

What has been the biggest learning moment in your career so far?

One of the biggest lessons I've learned is that success in business travel involves far more than simply booking trips.

It's about building trust, understanding every client's unique needs and finding solutions when challenges arise. Every experience, particularly the more demanding ones, has helped me become more adaptable, resilient and confident in delivering exceptional service.

Who has had the greatest influence on your development and why?

I won't mention specific names because the list is long, but I've been fortunate to work with colleagues and mentors who have invested their time in supporting my growth.
Their willingness to share knowledge, provide constructive feedback and encourage me to take on new challenges has played a significant role in my development, and I'm incredibly grateful for that support.

What excites you most about the future of business travel and your role within it?

The business travel industry is constantly evolving, with technology making travel more seamless while personalised service remains just as important as ever.

I'm excited to be part of an industry that continues to innovate while helping businesses connect across the world. I look forward to growing my expertise, embracing new technologies and continuing to deliver meaningful value and memorable experiences for our clients.

If you could take a trip anywhere in the world, with no limits on budget or agenda, where would you go and why?

Japan is definitely at the top of my list.

I'm fascinated by its rich culture and the incredible variety it offers. Between the vibrant cities, mountains to hike and waves to surf, it has a little bit of everything I enjoy, making it the perfect destination to explore.
