We are excited to return to Dublin for an afternoon of insight, discussion and meaningful networking. The programme begins with a buyer roundtable taking place separately, after which buyers join the full group for a collaborative Ireland Network session featuring guest speakers and open conversation.
This event brings together buyers and suppliers to explore current challenges across the region, share perspectives, and strengthen the Ireland business travel community.
Hosted buyer only roundtable lunch with soft drinks (in person buyer knowledge exchange)
Kicking off ITM’s first Ireland Network event of 2026, Scott Davies, ITMs CEO will open this special Platinum Year event by setting the scene for the day and year ahead. He will reflect on the continued evolution of our industry, the forces reshaping business travel, and the role ITM’s community will play in driving meaning progress, including the role of ITMs s special Pathway projects and how member insight is shaping their direction. Beyond the individual perspectives, the session will explore how closely those priorities align across both sides of the market — and what that tells us about the health of buyer–supplier relationships today. Attendees will gain a clear view of where the industry is moving in step, where expectations may be drifting, and how partnerships are evolving as programmes become more strategic, more complex and more interconnected.
This sets the foundation for the discussions that follow, grounding the day in real data and shared understanding.
An exclusive chance to hear from Ryanair and their plans to support the business travel sector. ITM’s CEO sits down with Ryanair’s Distribution Partnerships Manager Ed Gogic to discuss the airlines evolving role in the business travel ecosystem.
The discussion will lift the lid on how Ryanair is engaging with the industry, addressing long-standing perceptions while responding to the practical needs of the business traveller and intermediaries. With a focus on transparency and real-world delivery, the conversation will cover Ryanair’s approach to Travel Agent Direct (TAD), recent developments in its GDS strategy, and what improved serviceability through TMCs means in practice.

This opening session sets the context for the day through the lens of ITM’s annual Buyer and Supplier Priority Survey. Drawing on insight from across the industry, it will reveal the headline priorities shaping the year ahead for both buyers and suppliers, highlighting where focus, investment and energy will be directed in 2026.
Taking the survey findings beyond the slides, this interactive panel brings together senior buyers and suppliers to put real-world context around ITM’s 2026 insights. Through open discussion and practical examples, the panel will explore how the industry’s headline priorities are playing out on the ground — and what they really mean for travel programmes and partnerships.
The conversation will shine a light on where expectations are converging, where friction still exists, and how both sides can move from awareness to action. With a focus on collaboration, innovation and shared outcomes, this session will convert data into direction, leaving attendees with clear takeaways, fresh thinking and concrete ideas to strengthen performance and partnerships in the year ahead.

In business travel, time has become the scarcest resource for both buyers and suppliers. Policies, sustainability targets, cost pressure and duty of care are all intensifying - yet the data that should help often slows everyone down. Reports are noisy, dashboards are crowded, and insights rarely reach the people who must act on them.
In this session, Dan Raine from Unlocked Data shows how buyers and suppliers can turn Travel & Expense data into a shared language that speeds up decisions, strengthens partnerships and delivers measurable results across travel programmes and supplier portfolios. Moving beyond “reporting”, he will explore the art of storytelling with data: what to show, what to leave out, and how to frame insights so they drive action. Attendees will leave with simple, practical techniques they can apply immediately to make their data clearer, more trusted and more impactful.
Including drinks and canapés.
