On Friday 13 June, the business travel community gathered to celebrate the inspirational individuals and teams driving progress and excellence in our sector at the ITM Achievement Awards 2025.

Held in London and hosted once again by the brilliant Katy Hill, the event recognised those going above and beyond across innovation, service, sustainability, and mentorship. With an exceptional calibre of entries, the judging panel had a tough task selecting the winners.
