Louise has worked in the corporate travel industry for most of her career across both buyer & supplier roles. She leads the Outsource function at Festive Road and above all is passionate about people and connection. As part of the FR leadership team she loves finding out how her team and clients are motivated, what drives them and what they really need to get there. She loves all things creative and is a keen writer and public speaker. Louise has held various voluntary roles across industry associations and is excited to see the industry adapt to the needs of diverse travellers. In her non-work world, Louise is mum to two young kids and an elderly Labrador. She is a school governor, a voracious reader and an avid gig goer.
