Gillian’s passion for travel began early in her career with hotel sales roles in the UK at Jurys Doyle. She quickly advanced to senior sales positions, managing teams in several independent hotels upon her return to Dublin. Her journey then took her to the corporate world as the Global Accommodation Lead at Google in Dublin, where she was responsible for global hotel strategy, supplier negotiations, and vendor management. During this time, she collaborated with HRS on hotel sourcing and later joined HRS to explore the travel technology side, serving as a Key Account Manager for clients in the UK and Ireland.
