Joining Salesforce in 2019, Claire helps manage the EMEA travel operations program, as well as supplier management and employee engagement. She has developed a specialty in corporate travel spend and behavior analysis, and manages the Salesforce travel data program globally, as well as the global hotel program. Claire enjoys taking a data-driven mindset across all aspects of travel management, to help guide decisions on policy, sourcing strategy and budget planning. Claire is also a member of the GBTA accommodations committee. Before joining Salesforce, Claire experienced a variety of roles working for TMCs and airlines both in Australia and the UK. Originally from Australia, Claire currently works remotely from Hillsborough, Northern Ireland.
