Digital Transformation of Travel

The pandemic and its side effects have accelerated technology and digital adoption for consumers, corporates and governments alike. The majority of organisations across the business travel ecosystem already had robust technology roadmaps in place, however the impact of the last 18months has undoubtedly accelerated those plans and instigated new ones.
 
Digital transformation, Interoperability and the consumerisation of business travel are key themes and the need to focus investment upon the end to end traveller experience as well as identifying technologies to help manage the complex and dynamic nature of business travel have never been greater.  Automation or roboticscan undertake repetitive tasks and processes, freeing up travel teams and suppliers to focus time and resource where human thinking and expertise brings greater value.
