ITM is committed to delivering an inclusive conference that welcomes all. Actively promoting initiatives that bring our D,E&I values to life, we are dedicated to delivering you an unparalleled delegate experience.

Morning Power-Ups

Start the day off right ! An opportunity to kick start your day alongside your fellow delegates in the best possible way with a choice of activities, no matter your fitness level. In partnership with United Airlines, you can choose between a run/walk, a beach clean, yoga/pilates in the i360 or swimming!

The ITM Buddy Programme

Our Buddy Programme is designed to welcome those either attending solo, new to ITM/the industry or those who find social events difficult to navigate. Groups are assigned a buddy from our friendly team of Board Directors and conference veterans who are available to offer a helping hand before and during the event should you need it. During registration, you will be asked if you would like to participate in the programme.

Eventwell

Delegates are welcome to utilise our quiet room as a safe space to take a 10-minute brain break, speak to mental health and neurodiversity-trained EventWell Hosts and/ or enjoy a peaceful herbal tea or decaf coffee.

Buddy Meeting Points

Our Buddy meeting points offer individuals the chance to connect with others before and during events so that no one has to experience events alone.

Situated within all networking areas, these points provide delegates with an identifiable place to seek a friendly face or to ask for any assistance you need whilst on site.

The app provides a welcoming space where delegates of all social ability levels can thrive. Through customisable profiles, attendees can indicate their preferred pronouns, connect with delegates, and participate in live discussions.

Interactive features such as live polling and Q&A sessions encourage active participation, amplifying diverse voices and perspectives, whilst also providing the option to remain anonymous.

An Inclusive Experience

Recognising the diverse dietary needs and preferences among our delegates, we ensure an array of food choices that accommodate various cultural, religious, and dietary restrictions.

Additionally, our beverage choices encompass a wide spectrum, including non-alcoholic options, ensuring that every attendee feels catered for throughout the event.
