Accurately predicting the year ahead has also been challenging and the last 2years have certainly taught us to expect the unexpected, be prepared for the worst and build a degree of flexibility into any plans.
 
However, with that said we should and do have the ability to anticipate the near future by identifying trends and changes that may be afoot and in turn impact our industry , our programmes and our travellers alike.  
 
During this event we will hear and debate how our esteemed speakers see 2022 in relation to their industry and remits.  They will share thoughts on key trends and how we can take advantage of them to rebuild and refocus on a stronger,  more responsible industry and travel programme for 2022 and beyond.   
 
Post lunch we will also share the results of our annual Buyer Priorities survey which was distributed to all ITMs buyer members during the last 2 weeks of November to complete. This survey will highlight changing priorities and our buyers forward focus and sentiment on some key considerations as they relate to travel management.
