Buyer Knowledge Exchange | Accessibility Special

Following June's ITM Buyer Knowledge Exchange, the subject of accessibility within travel programmes was raised for discussion. It was evident that most buyers are in the process of reviewing how to evaluate and build accessibility consideration and support into current programme and policy. The subject, as with many, requires strong internal stakeholder engagement and alignment so how and where do Travel Managers start? This dedicated 90mins BKE will be limited to 25 buyers only to support conversation amongst the group to share thoughts, views, ideas and current practices. As such the event is open to business members only. This is a working session, and everyone will be encouraged to participate. Prior to the event you will be able to review the work that GBTA have completed within their recently released accessibility toolkit [https://hub.gbta.org/accessibility-toolkit]. The session will be moderated by Louise Kilgannon from FESTIVE ROAD. Note: There are only 25 places available for this
